Cannot say enough good things about this company! They are BEYOND accommodating & our driver Spike went above & beyond to make sure I was updated about my husband & dogs travels. Definitely the best pet relocation service out there! Our situation was unique. We waited until about 2 weeks before our travel to contact Happy Saluki Pet Transport. They were prompt in their response giving an absolute that they could take my husband and the dog for the trip. They answered all questions timely and made me feel safe with my decision. My husbands flight was unfortunately delayed to a day later and the airport he was supposed to be landing in was changed 3 different times ! Every time I wrote to John with a problem he said not to worry at all! Spike was there promptly when my husbands flight landed. He made sure to give my dog ample breaks, take pictures for me & provided me with tracking so I could see their progress throughout the trip. My husband raved about the great conversations he had with Spike throughout the journey & said it was an amazing trip ! When he arrived he took the time to help load our bags into our new apartment, took a family photo of us and said his goodbyes to us and our dog. Truly an amazing person and a wonderful company! For reference, my husbands flight landed in the UK and our move was to Zurich, Switzerland!
